Mechanical Teardown: How Cyclonic Propulsion Drives Centrifugal Sifters

Step-by-Step Operating Mechanics

The horizontal airflow screen is cylindrical and positioned securely within the main machine body. The processing sequence is highly controlled:

  1. Infeed and Atomization: Raw material is driven through a screw conveying system. Instead of dropping the material directly onto a screen, the system mixes it with a heavy airflow, atomizing the powder directly into the mesh cylinder.

  2. Cyclonic Propulsion: Inside the mesh cylinder, high-speed wind wheel blades engage the atomized material. These blades simultaneously subject the suspended particles to immense centrifugal force and cyclonic propulsion.

  3. Active Separation: This cyclonic action forces the on-spec material to be physically sprayed through the sieve. The fine material is then actively discharged from the dedicated fine material outlet.

  4. Coarse Rejection: Materials that are too large to pass through the specific mesh size are swept along the internal cylinder wall and discharged continuously from the coarse material discharge outlet.

The available technical parameters cover a range of chassis sizes, including models BL18-65, BL30-100, BL40-120, and BL65-185. Depending on your sanitary or environmental requirements, the construction material can be specified as either stainless steel or carbon steel. All models support ultra-fine classification down to ≤325 mesh.
